Wedgestock 2011

Another local favorite, Wedgestock, is looking for artists and crafters for their annual Wedgestock Craft Market. Every year there are wonderful artists, great music, yummy food, and other fun activities!

Wedgestock 2011 is shaping up to be bigger and better than last year! We would like to invite you to apply to participate in the Wedgestock 2011 Craft Market to be held on South Avenue on August 20, 2011 from 11am–7pm as part of Wedgestock 2011.

Wedgestock is held annually in August of each year. The goal is to bring the community together to celebrate the uniqueness of the South Wedge and have fun. How better to celebrate the South Wedge without celebrating the wonderful artists and crafters who live, work, or play there!

In an effort to cultivate and assist our local Rochester area artists and crafters the South Wedge Planning Committee (SWPC) is offering the opportunity to experience showing and selling artwork at our event in an easy and low-cost manner. There is no application fee for Wedgestock. If accepted there is a $50 show fee due by June 15, 2011 to the South Wedge Planning Committee. Acceptances will be sent by mail or e-mail no later than May 31, 2011. Though the show is OPEN TO ALL ARTISTS IN NY STATE preference will be given Rochester area artists.
